PROVIDING RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR SENSORY PLAY / STIMULATING ENVIRONMENT IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE;3.1.3. THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND ESSENTIAL SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS/CARERS AND FAMILY MEMBERS; AND3.1.4. SIGNPOSTING INDIVIDUALS TO OTHER ORGANISATIONS WHEN APPROPRIATE; AND3.1.5.
