TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING WOMEN FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE WOMEN WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY BY:-- OFFERING CAREER-FOCUSED PROGRAMMES AND CREATING A SAFE SPACE FOR WOMEN;ORGANISING WEEKLY IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS AND MEETINGS IN A VENUE THAT IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO WOMEN;CONDUCTING CAREER-FOCUSED WORKSHOPS IN COLLABORATION WITH COMPANIES TO SUPPORT WOMEN IN DEVELOPING THEIR CV WRITING SKILLS AND ENHANCING THEIR INTERVIEW TECHNIQUES;- FACILITATING PEER-TO-PEER SUPPORT SESSIONS AIMED AT EMPOWERING WOMEN, BUILDING THEIR CONFIDENCE, AND FOSTERING A STRONG SENSE OF COMMUNITY;- PROVIDING VALUABLE INFORMATION ON WOMEN'S HEALTH AND WELL-BEING BY INVITING HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS TO DELIVER INFORMATIVE SESSIONS, WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE NHS AND LOCAL PUBLIC HEALTH AUTHORITIES;- OFFERING SIGNPOSTING SERVICES TO ENSURE WOMEN CAN ACCESS THE RIGHT SUPPORT WHEN NEEDED;- ORGANISING OUTINGS TO MUSEUMS, CULTURAL ATTRACTIONS, AND VARIOUS RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO HELP PARTICIPANTS BUILD RELATIONSHIPS, BOOST THEIR CONFIDENCE, AND OVERCOME ISOLATION, ALLOWING THEM TO CONNECT, NETWORK, AND DEVELOP A SENSE OF BELONGING WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE ‘SOCIALLY EXCLUDED’ MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY AS A RESULT OF ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING FACTORS: UNEMPLOYMENT; FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; YOUTH OR OLD AGE; ILL HEALTH (PHYSICAL OR MENTAL); DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF SEX, RACE, DISABILITY, ETHNIC ORIGIN, RELIGION, BELIEF, CREED.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND (SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008).
