THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG DEAF AND DEAFENED CHILDREN AND ADULTS IN SUCH PARTS OF THE UK AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE, WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF DEAFNESS OR HEARING LOSS, RELIEVING THEIR NEEDS AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, TRAINING AND EDUCATION DELIVERED IN ENGLISH, BRITISH SIGN LANGUAGE (BSL) AND SIGN SUPPORTED ENGLISH (SSE) DESIGNED TO ENABLE THEM TO DEVELOP WORK, LIFE AND SOCIAL SKILLS, BUILD CONFIDENCE TO INCREASE THEIR CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES, MAXIMISE THEIR POTENTIAL IN BOTH THE DEAF AND HEARING WORLDS, PURSUE EMPLOYMENT AND BECOME DEAF ASPIRATIONAL LEADERS/ROLE MODELS.
