FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE THE ARTS, CULTURE, AND HERITAGE OF THE UYGHUR PEOPLE BY SUPPORTING ARTISTS IN EXILE, COMMISSIONING TRANSLATIONS, AND CREATING ACCESSIBLE BILINGUAL ARCHIVES.3.
