IN RESPECT OF FOUR OF THE HOMES THE TRUSTEES SHALL RETAIN A PREFERENCE FOR POOR RETIRED NURSES AND OTHER HEALTH WORKERS AND IN RESPECT OF THE REMAINDER OF THE HOMES THE TRUSTEES SHALL RETAIN A PREFERENCE FOR PERSONS IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, WHO ARE OF MIDDLE CLASS OR WHO HAVE BEEN IN THE SERVICE OF DAVENPORT’ CB AND BREWERY (HOLDINGS) LIMITED OR ITS SUBSIDIARY, SUBORDINATE OR ASSOCIATED COMPANIES, OR THE DEPENDANTS OF SUCH PERSONS WHO HAVE BEEN IN SUCH SERVICE.
