FOUR OF THE ALMSPEOPLE SHALL HAVE RESIDED FOR AT LEAST THREE YERS IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF HAY OR SOME OTHER PLACE IN THE COUNTY OF BRECONSHIRE, WHITLST EIGHT SHALL HAVE RESIDED IN ONE OF THE COUNTIES OF BRECKNOCK, RADNOR OR HEREFORD FOR THE SAME PERIOD OF TIME. SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ALMSPEOPLE IN ANY MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
