(2) THE HATHERSAGE AND OUTSEATS TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THEIR MORIETY FOR RELIEF IN NEED IN THE PARISHES OF HATHERSAGE AND OUTSEATS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS HEREINAFTER CONTAINED.
