(B) MAKE GRANTS FOR OR TOWARDS PERSONS ENGAGED IN RELIGIOUS WORK WHO ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH THE OBJECTS OF THE PROTESTANT REFORMATION SOCIETY AND WHO REQUIRE REST OR RECREATION DURING CONVALESCENCE OR OTHERWISE.
