TO ENCOURAGE AND TO FOSTER THE FORMATION OF LOCAL HISTORICAL SOCIETIES IN THE COUNTY OF CAERNARFON AND TO RENDER TO ALL SUCH SOCIETIES IN THE COUNTY ACTIVE SYMPATHY AND SUPPORT.
