THE APPRENTICING POOR CHILDREN WHO WERE BORN IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA OR HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN RESIDENT THEREIN FOR NOT LESS THAN SEVEN YEARS TO SOME HONEST TRADE OR CALLING. 3.
