PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO MARRIED COUPLES BOTH OF WHOM ARE QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID AND IN PARTICULAR SUCH MARRIED COUPLES WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF BITTON.
