FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RIFLE BRIGADE OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL OR ANY ONE OR MORE EXCLUSIVELY OF THE OTHERS OF THE OFFICERS AND OTHER RANKS FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE RIFLE BRIGADE OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY CADET OR OFFICER CADETOF THE RIFLE BRIGADE OR ANY UNIT AFFILIATED THERETO OR ANY PERSON OVER THE AGE OF FIFTEEN YEARS WHO SHALL APPEAR TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE TRUSTEES TO BE A POTENTIAL OFFICER IN THE RIFLE BRIGADE OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL OR ANY ONE OR MORE EXCLUSIVELY OF THE OTHERS OF THE OFFICERS OR OTHER RANKS WHO SERVED IN THE 10TH BATTALION OF THE RIFLE BRIGADE DURING THE WAR OF 1939-1945 OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL FUNDS OF ANY OLD COMRADES ASSOCIATION OR REGIMENTAL ASSOCIATION OF THE RIFLE BRIGADE AS THE SAID TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
