ENCOURAGE THE PRESERVATION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES CONTRIBUTING TO THE PLEASANT AND CONVENIENT LIVING CONDITIONS OF THE INHABITANTS OF WENDOVER;C. ENCOURAGE HIGH STANDARDS OF ARCHITECTURAL PLANNING AND BUILDING IN KEEPING WITH THE CHARACTER OF WENDOVER;D. TAKE SUCH ACTIONS AS THE COMMITTEE MAY DETERMINE TO FURTHER THE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY; ANDE.
