TOWARDS THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE SAID VILLAGE OF BAYLON. IN ESTABLISHING SCHOLARSHIPS, TENABLE AT ANY SUCH SCHOOL. SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE VILLAGE OF BAYDON AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE.
