FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OFTHE PUPILS OF BAYDON CHURCH OF ENGLAND VOLUNTARY AIDED SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND FOR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED FOR BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY. TO ASSIST THE GOVERNORS OF THE SAID SCHOOL IN PROVIDING THE COST OR ANY CONTRIBUTION WHICH THEY ARE LIABLE TO MAKE TOWARDS THE COST OF THE EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE REPAIR INSURANCE AND RE-CONSTRUCTION AND GENERAL UPKEEP OF THE SAID SCHOOL AND THE TEACHERS HOUSE AND GARDEN BELONGING THERETO AND INCLUDING THE PAYMENT OF ALL OUTGOINGS INCLUDING THE PAYMENT OF STAFF IN CONNECTION THEREWITH MAKING GRANTS TO GOVERNORS AND THE GENERAL EXPENSES OF CARRYING ON AND MANAGING THE SAME OF ANY OTHER SCHOOL IN THE SAID VILLAGE OF BAYDON. TOWARDS THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE SAID VILLAGE OF BAYLON. IN ESTABLISHING SCHOLARSHIPS, TENABLE AT ANY SUCH SCHOOL. SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE VILLAGE OF BAYDON AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE.
