BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, TO ENABLE YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE BEING OR HAVE BEEN EDUCATED IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA, AND IN PARTICULAR YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE TAKEN A COURSE AT ONE OF THE CAMBRIDGESHIRE VILLAGE COLLEGES TO UNDERTAKE A HOME-BASED PROJECT FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENRICHING THEIR EDUCATION AND THEIR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. 3.
