THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:(A) THE ORGANISATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF ONE OR MORE HOLIDAYS FOR THE BENEFIT OFCHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES OR SPECIAL NEEDS, SUCH HOLIDAYS TO TAKEPLACE WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM AT ANY SUCH PLACE OR PLACES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIRDISCRETION MAY DETERMINE;(B) THE ORGANISATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF ONE OR MORE REUNION DAYS FOR PERSONS WHOASSIST ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS IN PROVIDING CARE TO CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS WITHDISABILITIES OR SPECIAL NEEDS ON HOLIDAYS ORGANISED BY THE CHARITY TO BE HELD AT ANYSUCH PLACE OR PLACES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE, FOR THE BENEFITOF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES OR SPECIAL NEEDS;(C) THE PURCHASE AND PROVISION OF SPECIAL EQUIPMENT OR MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENTOF THE PHYSICAL WELFARE OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES OR SPECIALNEEDS; AND(D) GENERALLY TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO AND TO FURTHER THE WELFARE OF CHILDREN AND YOUNGPERSONS WITH DISABILITIES OR SPECIAL NEEDS.NOTHING IN THIS DEED SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FORPURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEESINVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND)2008.
