(C) TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS WHO PROFESS THE HINDU FAITH AND IN PARTICULAR RESIDENTS OF THE INDIAN SUB-CONTINENT WHO THROUGH THEIR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES ARE IN NEED AND UNABLE TO GAIN EMPLOYMENT AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROMOTE OR SUPPORT SCHEMES WHERE SUCH PERSONS MAY RECEIVE TRAINING WHILST IN EMPLOYMENT.
