Charitable objects

The Trustees shall hold the capital and income of the Trust Fund upon trust to apply the income and all such part or parts of the capital in making such donations and grants to such body or bodies for exclusively charitable purposes according to the law of England and Wales at such time or times and in such manner as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit and also so as to promote, maintain, improve and advance education by the encouragement of the arts including but not by way of limitation the arts of drama, mime, dance, singing and music and to formulate, prepare and establish schemes therefor provided that all the objects of the Charity shall be of a charitable nature.
