TO BENEFIT PUPILS WHO HAVE ATTENDED FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS AT ONE OF THE COUNTY SCHOOLS AS SET OUT IN CLAUSE 7 OF THE SCHEME BY ASSISTING THEIR EDUCATION OR TRAINING, INCLUDING POSTGRADUATE STUDY, AT A UNIVERSITY OR OTHER PLACE OF LEARNING, TO ENABLE THEM TO PREPARE FOR, OR TO ASSIST THEIR ENTRY INTO SOME PROFESSION, TRADE OR CALLING, AND FOR THAT PURPOSE TO PROVIDE OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS, INSTRUMENTS OR BOOKS
