(B) IN PROMOTING IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT, THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER 25 YEARS WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, AND WHO ARE EITHER PUPILS OR FORMER OF THE SCHOOL, OR PERSON RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF WHITCHURCH URBAN.
