LITERACY CLASSES, COMPUTER TRAINING; AND-TRAINING AND MENTORING LOCAL PEOPLE IN SKILLS RELATED TO RUNNING A COMMUNITY LIBRARY, PROVIDING WORK EXPERIENCE AND EMPLOYMENT.
