The Charity’s Objects are, for the public benefit and in accordance with Christian principles as set out in the Statement of Beliefs, to relieve the needs of and advance in life children and young people who have been or may be at some point placed in care in the UK – whatever the placement type. This includes (but is not limited to) encouraging Christians to adopt, foster and/or provide supported accommodation for children and young people, equipping churches to support foster carers, adoptive families and supported lodgings hosts, and equipping local authorities, trusts, and fostering/adoption agencies to engage more effectively with Churches and Christians.
