THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ('OBJECTS') ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING (1) THE PROVISION OF RELIEF AND RESPITE TO FAMILIES IN CRISES ARISING FROM POVERTY CONFLICT, HARDSHIP, HOMELESSNESS, ILL HEALTH OR ADDICTIONS, (2) THE RELIEF OF THE NEEDS OF OVERWHELMED AND RESOURCE LIMITED PARENTS AND THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SAFE, TEMPORARY FAMILY STAYS FOR THEIR CHILDREN, AND (3) THE PROTECTION OF THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN. NOTHING IN THE ARTICLES SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005.
