(3) TO PROMOTE IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE SAID PARISH AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. (4) FOR RELIEF IN NEED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS HEREINAFTER CONTAINED. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 26 OF THE SCHEME).
