(III) THE PROVISION OF NEW BUILDINGS AT THE COLLEGE. (IV) SUCH OTHER PROVISIONS AS IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE EDUCATIONAL RECREATIONAL OR PASTORAL REQUIRMENTS OF THE COLLGE. FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 4 OF TRUST DEED).
