Subject to the payments aforesaid, the Managing Trustees shall apply the income of the Charity in making grants to relieve poverty or financial hardship among:(1) Clergy or retired Clergy in the county of Nottinghamshire, or their dependents or immediate relatives (which shall mean spouses, partners, children and grandchildren) including dependents or immediate relatives of deceased Clergy;(2) Deaconesses resident in the Diocese of Southwell & Nottingham; and(3) Lay persons resident in the Diocese of Southwell & Nottingham who are or have been employed by the Church of England or the Southwell and Nottingham Diocesan Synod and Board of Finance
