THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS AND IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF PRIORITY: (A)IN MAKING PAYMENTS TO THE GOVERNORS FOR THE TIME BEING OF ST. LEONARD'S SCHOOL, AT SOUTHMINSTER, TO BE APPLIED BY THEM IN DISCHARGING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1988 WITH RESPECT TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SCHOOL CONCERNED. (B)IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR THE SAID SCHOOL AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE GOVERNORS OF THAT SCHOOL AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE SAID AUTHORITY. (C)IN FURTHERING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING RELIGIOUS EDUCATION) OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF SOUTHMINSTER. (D)IN EITHER OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: (1)IN MAKING PAYMENTS TO THE GOVERNORS FOR THE TIME BEING OF ANY CHURCH OF ENGLAND VOLUNTARY SCHOOL IN A PARISH NEIGHBOURING THE SAID PARISH TO BE APPLIED BY THEM IN DISCHARGING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1988 WITH RESPECT TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SCHOOL CONCERNED. (2)IN ALLOCATING BENEFITS WITH THE PROVISION OF SECTION (C) OF THE LAST SUB-CLAUSE THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE REGARD TO THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES AND DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.
