THE FUND MAY NOT BE USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE; NOR MAY ANY INSTITUTION OR PERSON OTHER THAN THE SCHOOL, FOR AS LONG AS IT MAY SUBSIST AS A ROMAN CATHOLIC SCHOOL, BE A DIRECT BENEFICIARY OF THE FUND.
