THE CHARITY SHALL BE DIVIDED INTO FOUR BRANCHES AS FOLLOWS AND THE TOTAL NET INCOME (AFTER THE PAYMENT OF ALL MANAGEMENT EXPENSES) OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CHARITY TRUSTEES ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING PROPORTIONS:RELIEF IN NEED BRANCH AS TO 29%, IN ACCORDANCE WITH OBJECT 3.1EDUCATION BRANCH AS TO 29% IN ACCORDANCE WITH OBJECT 3.2PUBLIC PURPOSES BRANCH AS TO 29% IN ACCORDANCE WITH OBJECT 3.3CHURCH BRANCH AS TO 13% IN ACCORDANCE WITH OBJECT 3.4.3.1 THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP EITHER INDIVIDUALLY OR GENERALLY OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY FOR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES; 3.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION 3.2.1 BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR ANY SCHOOL SUBSTANTIALLY SERVING THE AREA OF BENEFIT;3.2.2 OF PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT (OR WHOSE MAIN RESIDENCE IS) IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, BY THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS, EXHIBITIONS, BURSARIES, GRANTS AND MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES TENABLE AT ANY SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, OR OTHER INSTITUTION OF FURTHER (INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL) EDUCATION AND / OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPROVED FOR THE PURPOSE BY THE CHARITY TRUSTEES; 3.3 SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME; 3.4 THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION BY THE YEARLY PAYMENTS FROM THE CHURCH BRANCH OF THE FOLLOWING SUMS 3.4.1 40% THEREOF TO THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF WHITTLESEY ST. ANDREW; 3.4.2 40% TO THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF WHITTLESEY ST. MARY; AND 3.4.3 20% TO THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF HOLY TRINITY, COATES. THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL MEAN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISHES OF WHITTLESEY URBAN AND WHITTLESEY RURAL AS COMPRISED IN THE WHITTLESEY IMPROVEMENT ACT 1849.
