BRINGING TOGETHER AND CO-ORDINATING THE EFFORTS OF LOCAL BODIES OF PERSONS WHETHER CORPORATE OR UNINCORPORATE CONCERNED OR INTERESTED IN THE ATTAINMENT OF ALL OR ANY OF THE OBJECTS OF THE COUNCIL.
