(2)TO PROVIDE SPORTING FACILITIES AND FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF THE AFOREMENTIONED STUDENTS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. (3)TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF GRANTS OR LOANS FOR THOSE STUDENTS IN FINANCIAL NEED.
