IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (PARTICULARLY RELIGIOUS EDUCATION) INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE OR WHO HAVE A PARENT RESIDENT IN THE ROMAN CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF LEEDS AND WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
