The primary object for which the Association is established is the relief of persons suffering from Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, known otherwise as Steele Richardson Olswzewski Syndrome (hereinafter referred to as PSP) and Corticobasal Degeneration/Corticobasal Syndrome (hereinafter both referred to as CBD) and the promotion of research into the causes, prevention and cure of these diseases and the dissemination of the results of the research for the benefit of the public
