Charitable objects

The charity’s objects (‘the objects’) are:(i) To promote and advance the Christian faith by enabling all people to engage with and appreciate the past, present and future significance, purpose and mission of cathedrals, major churches and other Christian sacred spaces. (ii) To support education, learning, visitor welcome and event management colleagues working or volunteeringin cathedrals, major churches and other Christian sacred spaces.(iii) To develop projects that create opportunities for everyone to experience Christian sacred spaces andengage with their communities. [All the above may operate globally]Nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and/or section2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
