2. ObjectivesThe promotion of the Christian Religion at a local level in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland by:- Encouraging interest in the life, work and mission of the Churches of India, with special reference to their experience of organic union.- Facilitating understanding of the political, economic and social context of the Indian Churches’ ministry and mission.- Making the Public Benefit of a contribution to, and an encouragement of, the Ecumenical Movement in the United Kingdom.
