The objects for which the Company is established are:(a) The relief of older people in Bramley and the surrounding locality in any way regarded as charitable according to the law of England and Wales and, in particular, by: the provision of services not available from statutory agencies which will contribute to enabling older people to live independently in the community and upon terms appropriate to their means;(ii) the provision of services, advice or assistance generally to older people upon terms appropriate to their means; (iii) the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time activities for older people so as to improve the conditions of life of such persons in the interest of social welfare;(iv) generally the provision of services and facilities calculated to relieve old age, provided that no such service or facility may be provided which is not charitable according to the law of England and Wales.
