THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BY WAY OF GENERAL LIVING EXPENSES FOR THOSE STUDENTS WHO ARE UNABLE TO FIND GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT FOR A PERIOD NOT EXCEEDING 2 YEARS FOR ANY ONE INDIVIDUAL
