FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE INCLUDING CLOTHING BOOKS AND TRAVELLING TO SUCH PERSONS TO ASSIST THEM IN THEIR EDUCATION IN THE ARTS; C.OTHERWISE FURTHERING THE ARTISTIC EDUCATION OF SUCH PERSONS .
