ACT AS AN AUTHORITATIVE AND RESPECTED PARTICIPANT IN THE HEALTH AND SAFETY SYSTEM VI. ASSIST GROUPS TO BE RECOGNISED BY SMES AS A FRIENDLY SOURCE OF HELP AND ADVICE ON A WIDE RANGE OF HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES
