THE SOCIETY RECOGNISES THAT THE INCUMBENT AND PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL IS THE BODY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE, MAINTENANCE, PRESERVATION AND INSURANCE OF THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH AND ORNAMENTS AND FURNISHINGS THEREOF AND HAS ULTIMATE CONTROL OF ALL WORKS DONE WITHIN AND UPON IT.
