The Objects for which the Company is established are: to promote the relief of older people in any manner which now or hereafter maybe deemed by law to be charitable and where it is deemed necessary to meet the needs of such persons shall include assistance to their families and carers. Such promotion shall be principally but not exclusively in Newcastle and North Tyneside (hereinafter “the area of benefit”).
