1) TO BUILD AND MAINTAIN A MOUNTS BAY LUGGER IN ORDER TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF MOUNTS BAY LUGGERS SPECIFICALLY AND LUGGERS IN GENERAL AND THE SAILING AND USE OF THEM IN THE CORNISH FISHING INDUSTRY. 2) TO OPERATE A YEARLY SAILING PROGRAM . 3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PERSONS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 12 AND 18 IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING BY THE PROVISION OF SAIL TRAINING TO SUCH PERSONS.
