3.1 THE AIM OF THE FRIENDS OF HINCHINGBROOKE COUNTRY PARK IS TO HELP CONSERVE, MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE COUNTRY PARK FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL PARK USERS.3.2 IN FURTHERING THIS AIM THE FRIENDS WILL:A) SUPPORT HUNTINGDONSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL IN PROMOTING PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE COUNTRY PARK FOR INFORMAL RECREATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION BY PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT AGES, ABILITIES AND INTERESTS, WHERE THIS IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE CONSERVATION OF THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT, THE PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE AND THE RURAL QUALITY OF THE COUNTRY PARK;B) RAISE FUNDS THROUGH SUBSCRIPTIONS, DONATIONS, EVENTS, AND GRANTS FROM OUTSIDE BODIES, TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST WITH THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENT, EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES;C) WHERE POSSIBLE PROVIDE VOLUNTEER ASSISTANCE WITH EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES IN THE COUNTRY PARK.3.3 FUNDS SHALL NOT BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE WHICH IS NOT CHARITABLE
