4.1 The Charity’s objects (‘Objects’) are specifically restricted to promoting, for the public benefit, the good health, both mental and physical, of adults and children in particular (but without limitation) by tackling domestic abuse through the following means:4.1.1 addressing the behaviour of people who use abuse in any relationship and educating and supporting them to achieve a life free of abuse through positive change;4.1.2 providing counselling and therapy to promote healthy relationships between individuals, in families and in the community;4.1.3 enabling young people to develop healthy balanced relationships in later life through a range of therapeutic services; and4.1.4 providing training to professionals and the wider public about relationships in conflict and domestic violence issues. 4.2 Nothing in these articles shall authorise an application of the property of the Charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and/or section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
