1.TO PROVIDE ANNUALLY FOR STUDENTS EDUCATED AT THE DAME ALICE OWEN'S SCHOOL, POTTERS BAR, IN THE COUNTY OF HERTFORDSHIRE ONE OR MORE SCHOLARSHIPS OR EXHIBITIONS FOR MODERN STUDIES SUCH AS PHILOSOPHY POLITICS AND ECONOMICS, MODERN HISTORY, POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC HISTORY OR SIMILAR COURSE OF STUDY TO BE HELD PREFERABLY AT CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY OR ANY OTHER RECOGNISED UNIVERSITY IN ENGLAND AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME AWARD. 2.THE PROVISION OF PRIZES FOR STUDENTS AT DAME ALICE OWEN'S SCHOOL, POTTERS BAR, IN THE COUNTY OF HERTFORDSHIRE, AND FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES TO PROMOTE EDUCATION AT THE SAID SCHOOL AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
