(D) TO RELIEVE POVERTY OF PEOPLE PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY LIVING IN BOSNIA WHO HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OF WAR BY THE PROVISION OF CLOTHING AND OTHER ITEMS.
