(3) TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT OR ON THE CHURCH ELECTORAL ROLL OF ST NICHOLAS KELVEDON HATCH WHO THROUGH THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES ARE IN NEED AND UNABLE TO GAIN EMPLOYEMENT AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROMOTE OR SUPPORT SCHEMES WHERE SUCH PERSONS MAY RECEIVE TRAINING WHILE IN EMPLOYEMENT. (4) TO FURTHER THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF KELVEDON HATCH.
