(2) FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE ENGLISH AND ARABIC LANGUAGES AND OTHER SUBJECT; (3) TO WORK TOWARDS SEEKING EQUALITY OF ACCESS AND EQUALITY IN UTILISATION OF SERVICES DELIVERED BY THE STATUTORY BODIES; (4) FOR THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS FOR THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE INTRESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO USE.
