Charitable objects

(2) SUBJECT THERETO, THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE INCOME IN FURTHERING THE RELIGIOUS OR OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE CONNEXION IN THE COUNTIES OF ESSEX, HERTFORDSHIRE, CAMBRIDGESHIRE AND SUFFOLK. (3) IF AND IN SO FAR AS INCOME IN ANY YEAR IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION IN MANNER AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME IN FURTHERING THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE CONNEXION ANYWHERE IN ENGLAND AND WALES.
