TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITES BY REASON OF THEIR POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING HTEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. 4. TO RELIEVE THE AGED, PARTICULARLY THOSE FROM THE AFGHAN COMMUNITY. 5. TO RELIEVE THE AGED, PARTICULARLY THOSE FROM THE AFGHAN COMMUNITY; AND 5. TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE PUBLIC HEALTH BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE.
