(B) TO ESTABLISH PROMOTE AND PROVIDE TEACHER TRAINING FROM A JEWISH PERSPECTIVE. (C) TO ESTABLISH AND PROVIDE HIGHER EDUCATION, FURTHER EDUCATION AND EDUCATION GENERALLY.
